SCOPE: Restoration of timber columns and beams. Temporary removal of cross bracing, removed structural columns that were decayed and replaced. Restore with new columns and reinstall the steel bracing. Repair of decayed beams with epoxy. Removal and replacement  of decayed deck. Supply and installation of exterior trellis.
